We use the finest catalyzed varnish topcoat to protect your furniture from water and other household products. And we’re so confident in our quality that we back this up with limited lifetime warranties on the most important major components.
Best of all, your furniture is HANDCRAFTED IN THE U.S.A. Holmes County, in north central Ohio, is home to the largest Amish community today, where the experience of generations of fine furniture making have been handed down to today’s skilled woodworkers.
- Every frame bed from Daniel’s Amish Collection includes 12 proprietary cast aluminum brackets and sturdy 5/4 dovetailed hardwood slats. It’s strong enough to last, wobble free, for generations so we include a lifetime warranty on the entire bed assembly. All frame beds are pre-assembled in our factory to ensure a perfect fit at delivery.
- All drawers are constructed with the highest quality 9-ply cabinet grade Baltic Birch plywood and English dovetailed front and rear. They’re so sturdy we back them with a lifetime warranty.
- Our full extension ball bearing drawer glides are super heavy duty, commercial quality designs rated to hold 100 lbs. each and also carry a lifetime warranty.
- Tops, drawer fronts, and frames of all Daniel’s Amish case pieces are constructed from sturdy Northern hardwoods. Sides and some larger panels are veneer over cabinet grade Baltic Birch plywood which is incredibly resistant to warping and splitting. Drawer glides are attached to rear supports which are in turn fastened to back panels. Back panels are screwed on for additional strength.
- Our fine hardwood furniture is finished with a high solids, catalyzed conversion varnish top coat to provide superior protection against spills and a wide variety of household products.
